– Plastic containers are made of polypropylene (PP) or high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and are designed for multiple uses as returnable transport packaging (ATR).

– Before use, plastic containers must be thoroughly cleaned and, if necessary, washed and disinfected.

– To disinfect plastic containers intended for direct contact with food, they must be thoroughly washed with hot water (85–90°C) and chemicals authorized by the competent health authorities prior to their first use, to ensure they are suitable for direct contact with food. Containers must be disinfected using other methods, depending on the specific nature of the products to be stored in them.

– Static and dynamic load – When using the containers, do not exceed the specified storage height and the static and dynamic load capacities for each type of container.

– Temperature range – all plastic containers can be used at temperatures ranging from -10°C to +40°C. If necessary, the containers can be manufactured to withstand continuous use at temperatures between -40°C and +100°C. Please consult a DIAPLAST PRODUCTION representative regarding the specific temperature resistance of the product you have purchased.

– When filled with product and stacked on top of one another, plastic containers should be moved only by handling them on pallets, using pulleys, or with the aid of carts.

– Do not overfill plastic containers, as they may crack or warp, making them unsafe for the products stored inside.

– Do not pull plastic containers with hooks or drag them across the floor, as they may become misshapen or crack, making them unsafe for the products stored inside.

– Do not throw, hit, or push the plastic containers, as they may become deformed or crack.

– When using plastic containers, always follow workplace safety regulations, good hygiene practices, and fire safety rules.

– The containers may be transported by any means of transport, provided that measures are taken to protect them from mechanical damage and contamination.

– In accordance with national and international regulations governing the transport of plastic products by road, rail, air, or sea, these products are considered safe.

– Information on customs duties – “Importation of plastic articles or plastic packaging, boxes, crates, and similar items,” with no customs restrictions.

– Plastic containers used to transport products can be stored for more than 12 months without significant changes to their properties, provided they are stored under proper conditions. Storage under unsuitable conditions significantly reduces the storage life;

– Plastic transport containers must be stored indoors or in shelters, protected from direct sunlight, rain, and temperatures below -10°C or above 40°C;

– Store empty, clean containers at a height of no more than 3 m;

– Store the items at least 2 m away from heating elements.

– 12 months from the date of purchase for all containers made from 100% virgin materials;

– For containers made from recycled materials, warranty terms are determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the customer’s requirements regarding the quality of the materials used;

– The warranty does not apply in the event of misuse of the products or failure to follow the instructions for use,

– transportation and storage of plastic containers;

– The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects resulting from poor-quality materials (when the containers are made from 100% virgin materials) or defects resulting from faulty workmanship;

– Complaints regarding defective workmanship and noncompliance with contractual obligations will be accepted no later than one week after delivery of the product;

– The warranty is valid only when an invoice certifying the purchase of the product is presented.

– Declaration of Conformity in accordance with: 1/Regulation (EC) No. 10/2011; 2/Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004 on materials and articles intended to come into contact with food; 3/Regulation on Packaging and Packaging Waste (2008) regarding the content of Pb, Cd, Hg, and Cr(6+) in accordance with Directive 2004/12/EC;

– Is issued only for specific shipments based on invoices issued to the customer.

– Plastic shipping containers do not biodegrade; they float in water and accumulate in the environment.

– The product is not toxic, but small particles may affect aquatic and soil organisms

– Broken and unusable plastic shipping containers will be collected separately and recycled in accordance with local regulations on packaging and packaging waste and other relevant laws.
