SPECIFICATIONS
Recommended for packaging chemicals, oils, detergents, solvents, various liquids, etc. The virgin material (HDPE) is certified for contact with food.

Upon customer request, the containers can be manufactured in various other weights.
The canisters are supplied with self-sealing caps in two versions:
– SK 45/26 MAB, blue/red/black;
– DIN 55, black.

The full cans are stacked in three overlapping rows.
The products are packaged in plastic bags, 12 pieces per bag.
The surface of the canister must be smooth, free of cracks, fissures, holes, weak spots, burrs,
impurities, and distortions.
The canisters must be stored in covered storage areas, at least 1 m away from sources of active heating
, at temperatures up to 40 °C and not lower than 0 °C.
Avoid direct exposure to UV rays.
After filling, the canisters must be stacked on pallets with a flat surface, ensuring that the canister
has adequate support at all points where it touches the ground, thereby ensuring an even distribution of
static and dynamic load forces. Failure to meet these conditions may result in
excessive load on one side or corner of the canister and, consequently, an uneven distribution of
the load on the pallet.
The maximum number of canisters in storage after filling must be determined by taking the following factors into
:
– liquid density;
– liquid temperature and ambient temperature;
– storage conditions after filling (distance, pallet, etc.)
– transport conditions after filling (distance, type, and mode of transport) and the forces developed
during static and dynamic transport, as well as other factors not mentioned.
Choosing the wrong packaging after filling may result in damage to the canister and
cause it to lose its seal.
